Our AEB programme aims to support anyone who is out of work and wants to develop their personal, employability and/or vocational skills and gainfully funded nationally recognised qualifications that supports their progression into employment.

We deliver a range of flexible tailored programmes to help you engage in learning, build confidence, gain work skills and/or enhance your wellbeing and are designed in partnership with our employers so you know they are focused on the skills that are needed to secure work.

 

 

To be eligible for this programme you must be:

  • Aged 19 or over, living in London

  • Unemployed and receiving benefits, or economically inactive (must not be in paid employment)

  • Legally permitted to live and work in the UK

  • A resident in the UK or the wider European Economic Area for the last 3 years

Results: We launched the programme in August 2019 and in our first year have supported over 300 individuals to gain qualifications, by August 2021 that had risen to over 800 with over 92% success rates.

Step Ahead into Work

Our Step Ahead into Work project aims to support out of work adults aged 18 or over living in the Coast to Capital area addressing the individual issues and challenges confronting them, so they can progress successfully into sustained employment.

Steps to Success

Our Steps to Success project is specifically aimed at engaging and supporting parents aged 16 or over with young children living in one of 21 London boroughs and increase the employment rate of parents helping those currently out of work into employment, and those in work to sustain and progress their careers.
