Jackie Douglas is the very deserving winner of Step Ahead’s Employee of the Month Award for May 2018.
Jackie was voted for by her colleagues for a variety of reasons. Not least of all for fully embracing Step Ahead’s Customer Service Rules which were drawn up by the Team. Amongst the comments were;
- Jackie treats all candidates and clients with respect.
- She actively listens out to opportunities for candidates, showing she listens to them and genuinely cares for a positive outcome.
- She has demonstrated she is a team player on numerous occasions and is always willing to help out at short notice.
- Jackie is always thinking of the ‘bigger picture’ by seeking out opportunities that can benefit her customers and colleagues in both Employability & Recruitment which, in turn, will help the business overall allowing us to continue what we’re good at for out customers.

“Via her contacts, persistence and determination, Jackie helped get the ‘buy in’ with three organisations, which had proved very difficult beforehand, to source potential candidates for a pre-employability training course.
As a result, she helped contribute to more than half of the candidates which were identified for the first day on the course.”
