It’s a new year and we’re kicking it off by awarding our Employee of the Month for January to our Recruitment Consultant in the Employability Team, Mariam Ahmed!
On the back of a very strong performance in November, Mariam was able to achieve an number of job starts in December, which is usually considered as a quiet month. Mariam is always smiling and has a positive outlook which resonates in her work that she delivers and produces. She is constantly on the look out for opportunities for her customers, creating and sustaining a strong working relationship with the Recruitment Team, specifically our ATA Recruitment Consultant – Elizabeth, by providing quality candidates to her apprenticeship roles.
